Symptoms

筆記型電腦在螢幕上顯示下列錯誤訊息：

0x10E: VIDEO_MEMORY_MANAGEMENT_INTERNAL 
0x116: VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE

受影響的平台：

Cause

  • 螢幕0x10e或0x116錯誤表示圖形處理器 （GPU） 在冷開機期間切換電源管理模式。但是，設備無法正確回應。
  • 從非 Dell 網站安裝 NVIDIA 32.0.15.9579 版可能會導致螢幕顯示0x116錯誤。
