即使所有資料都填入報告中，客戶仍會在 VPLEX 收集記錄中收到以下錯誤。

這些錯誤僅涉及分散式裝置 & 見證叢集。


警告 [2017-03-13 11：39：18 EDT] HttpRequestGroup：：handleResponse（）：無法連線至主機 XX.XX.XX.XX （404），以取得要求 https://@

Cause

觀察到此問題的環境，客戶使用的是本機 VPLEX。

」分散式裝置是分散在 2 個 VPLEX 叢集之間的磁碟區，因此適用於 Metro 或 Geo 設定。由於客戶使用的是本機 VPLEX，因此沒有這些類型的磁碟區，因此找不到它們。

叢集見證也是選用元件，主要用於 Metro 或 Geo 設定。因此，如果客戶沒有，則預期會出現「未找到」。


Resolution

若要從收集記錄中刪除錯誤，請按照以下步驟操作。

瀏覽至 opt\APG\Collecting\Stream-Collector\emc-vplex\conf 位置。

註解掉data-distdevs-clstr1.xml，並data-witness-cluster1.xml在檔案「data-vplex-cluster1.xml」中，如下所示：
