VxRailプラットフォーム サービスがエラーで失敗しました assert len(boot_devs) == 1, 'We have multiple boot devices? で報告 platform_svc.log

VxVerfy エラー「2 Fail | 536795 | bmc: Firmware test timeout. Check Platform Service'.

Platform_svc.log パスにあるスクリプトの実行に問題が表示されます /opt/vxrail/bin/utility/host.py 443行目。


の行 443 host.py スクリプトは、次に示すように、ESXi上のブータブル デバイスでチェックを実行する役割を担います。

Cause

実行すると、 esxcli storage core device list | grep -i dellboss -A40の場合、 DELLBOSS_VD は、次に示すように起動デバイスとして設定されていません。これにより、スクリプトがクラッシュします。

Resolution

この問題を解決するには、次の手順に従います。 

  1. サーバーをメンテナンス モードにします。 
  2. サーバを再起動します。
  3. ［Confirm］ Is Boot Device : true 次のコマンドを使用します。 
    esxcli storage core device list | grep -i dellboss -A40

ノードを再起動しても問題が解決しない場合は、次のようにノードを放電します。「PowerEdge：リセットして電力を放電する方法、または仮想ACサイクルを実行する方法
