Avamar：Hyper-V 備份失敗，並顯示「Windows 結構化例外ACCESS_VIOLATION」錯誤

Hyper-V 叢集備份可能會失敗或完成，並出現下列錯誤：

avhypervvss.exe hotfix 二進位檔未正確套用至叢集節點。如果未以正確的順序應用它們，則結果會導致間歇性備份失敗。

在所有叢集節點上取消註冊、解除安裝再重新安裝 Avamar 用戶端軟體和 Hyper-V 附掛程式。然後根據 Avamar 版本套用最新的修補程式。

在部署修補程式二進位檔之前，請確認用戶端上沒有正在執行的活動備份或還原。將旗標和組態集儲存在 avhypervvss.cmd 和 avatar.cmd 中。

1. 執行 Avamar 叢集組態精靈並取消註冊叢集用戶端。
2. 在叢集的所有節點上解除安裝 Avamar Hyper-V 附掛程式。
3. 在叢集的所有節點上解除安裝 Avamar Windows 用戶端。
4. 如果在任何節點上配置了 GLR 外掛程式，請重新啟動節點。
5. 清理叢集所有節點上過時的 VM 群組 （如果有）。如有必要，請聯絡 Dell 支援。

6. 在叢集的所有節點和叢集的所有節點上，安裝 Avamar Hyper-V 附掛程式軟體版本 19.10.100-135。 
   1. 進入每個節點上的 services.msc 主控台，並停止每個節點上的「適用於 Windows 的 DELL Avamar 附掛程式服務」服務。
   2. 將原始winclustersvc.exe重新命名為 winclustersvc-ORIG.exe。
   3. 將原始的 winclustersvc.tlb 重新命名為 winclustersvc-ORIG.tlb
   4. 將原始avhypervvss.exe重新命名為 avhypervvss-ORIG.exe
   5. 將新的 HF 二進位檔案 avhypervvss.exe、winclustersvc.exe 和 winclustersvc.tlb 複製到所有節點上的「bin」資料夾。
   6. 在所有叢集節點上重新啟動「適用於 Windows 的 DELL Avamar 附掛程式服務」服務。
   7. 確認版本正確無誤。執行下列命令：

avhypervvss.exe --version

輸出應類似於以下內容：

Version:     19.10.100-135_HF338820

  7.執行 Avamar 叢集組態精靈並設定叢集用戶端。

8. 在 avhypervvss.cmd 和 avatar.cmd 中備份旗標和組態。

若 Hyper-V 備份完成但發生錯誤，但無法在 Avamar Administrator 主控台中還原，則修正已併入 Avamar v19.3 修正程式 #327477 及更新版本中。
