Symptoms

PowerProtect Data ManagerがNAS共有をバックアップできません。次のエラー コードが表示されます。 
ERROR Code-ABF0001

エクスポートされたジョブ ログの一部である nas*.logファイルには、次のようなエラーが含まれています。 
ddfssv Error : Unable to update the metadata for '/share/filename': UNIQUE constraint failed: tbl_file_idx_records.id

Cause

この問題は、ターゲット共有上のファイルが破損しているか、ファイル システムNASエージェント プロセスで読み取れない場合に発生します。

Resolution

共有上のファイルを見つけ、別の場所にコピーします。オリジナルを削除してから、コピーを元の場所に戻します。
問題のあるバージョンを置き換えるために、ファイルの「適切な」コピーが存在する場合は、別の場所で見つける必要がある場合があります
読み取り可能なコピーが使用できない場合は、ファイルを削除します。
