Symptoms

PowerProtect Data Manager가 NAS 공유를 백업할 수 없습니다. 다음 오류 코드가 표시됩니다. 
ERROR Code-ABF0001

내보낸 작업 로그의 일부인 nas*.log 파일에 다음과 유사한 오류가 포함되어 있습니다. 
ddfssv Error : Unable to update the metadata for '/share/filename': UNIQUE constraint failed: tbl_file_idx_records.id

Cause

이 문제는 타겟 공유의 파일이 손상되었거나 파일 시스템 NAS 에이전트 프로세스에서 읽을 수 없는 경우에 발생합니다.

Resolution

공유에서 파일을 찾아 다른 위치로 복사합니다. 원본을 삭제한 다음 복사본을 원래 위치에 다시 놓습니다.
문제 버전을 대체하기 위해 다른 곳에서 파일의 "양호한" 복사본(있는 경우)을 찾아야 할 수도 있습니다.
읽을 수 있는 사본을 사용할 수 없는 경우 파일을 삭제합니다.
