Symptoms
- 库包含的墨盒可正确显示条形码以及相应的卷字段，但池永久保持“正在刷新”状态
- 重置/清点不会纠正卷
- 库的条形码匹配集
Cause
代码缺陷 — NWREE-29885，正在调查中。
Resolution
通常，处于此状态的卷不会被正确地显示为“未标记”/不在介质数据库中，可以安全地重新标记。要首先检查卷标签，请执行以下操作：
- 使用 mminfo 确认卷不在介质数据库中：
mminfo -a volid,pool -q barcode=barcode_in_NMC - 通过装入胶带而不装载胶带并执行诊断检查来检查软标签：
nsrmm -pv -f "name_of_device_in_NetWorker"
一旦确信卷没有可行的数据，请正常重新标记。
请注意，即使卷上有 NetWorker 标签，如果卷已标记并且记录未反映其已过期，NetWorker 也会提示您确认是否要覆盖（前提是未选中覆盖复选框）。
