Symptoms

Avamar 백업이 실패하고 avtar 다음 오류를 보고합니다.

avtar Error <5737>: I/O error: Unable to read(3) "some file or directory" (code 2: The system cannot find the file specified).

Cause

Windows에서 I/O 문제가 발생했습니다. 

확인하려면 다음을 수행합니다.

1. 제어판 --> 이벤트 뷰어 -- 시스템으로 이동합니다.>

2. 와 동시에 발생한 이벤트를 찾습니다. avtar 받으십시오.
    • 일치 avtar error 및 이벤트 뷰어 오류 타임스탬프.
    • Windows에 I/O 오류가 있음을 나타내는 이벤트 뷰어 오류가 있어야 합니다

Resolution

Microsoft에 문의하여 Windows I/O 오류를 해결하십시오.

I/O 오류가 해결되면 Avamar 백업이 성공합니다.
