Symptoms
嘗試使用 SourceOne Web 搜尋還原郵件時，還原彈出式視窗僅顯示「載入中」，從不顯示郵箱資料夾清單。
任何事件記錄或任何 SourceOne 追蹤記錄中均未記錄任何錯誤。
Cause
SourceOne 伺服器上的 Microsoft Outlook 用戶端已損毀。
Resolution
若要解決此問題，請從「控制面板」-- 「郵件」（>32 位元） -->「顯示設定檔」-->選取「EMCSourceOne」設定檔，然後按下「移除」。。
在控制台下前往程式與功能 --> 選取 Office 版本>Microsoft按下解除安裝。系統可能會要求您重新啟動伺服器。
完成上述步驟後，請安裝 Microsoft Outlook 用戶端。安裝完成後，我們需要建立「EMCSourceOne」設定檔。
前往 控制台 --> 郵件 （32 位元） -->顯示設定檔 --> 按下新增 --> 準確寫入 EMCSourceOne --> 然後會彈出一個新視窗，用於設定 SourceOne 服務帳戶的電子郵件。完成帳戶設定。
