Symptoms

  • Microsoft SQL Serverのバックアップは、NetWorker VMware Protection (NVP) vProxyアプライアンスを使用して構成されます。
  • 保護ポリシーのバックアップ アクションは、SQLアプリケーション コンシステント(MSVMAPPAGENT)バックアップを実行するために[Application Consistency]オプションを有効にして構成されています。
  • バックアップが失敗し、バックアップ アクション ログに次のエラーが報告されます。

Cause

NetWorker保護ポリシーのバックアップ アクションの[Application Consistency]設定にSQLインスタンス ユーザー ログインがありません。

Resolution

バックアップ アクションを更新して、システム管理者権限を持つユーザーを含めます。

指定するユーザー アカウントには、sysadmin権限が必要です。これは、SQL VM の SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) で確認できます。
