Symptoms

發現 Dell EMC NetWorker vProxy 沒有回應，必須關閉電源並透過 VMWare 重新啟動，才能還原至作業。

vProxy vrapid 記錄會顯示遷移進行期間的時間間隔，然後顯示其程序正在重新啟動。

即使遷移成功，vProxy 在運行時進行遷移仍可能導致備份或恢復失敗。  遷移 vProxy 時，「進行中」的 VM 可能會出現下列任何症狀：
 
1 - 遷移狀態標誌被保留設置為 false

Cause

Dell EMC NetWorker vProxy 在備份時已遷移。   在此特定情況下，遷移會失敗，VMWare 無法從錯誤中還原，並強制 vProxy 關閉電源。

Resolution

遷移是 NetWorker vProxy 及其作業外部的 VMWare 程序。  根據一般規則，vProxy 在執行備份或復原時請勿遷移，因為這可能會導致這些作業失敗。 
  • 如果 VMWare 組態使用 SDRS 或 DRS ，請為環境中任何已部署的 vProxy 設定排除項目，以防止自動遷移。 
  • 如果已設定 VMWare HA （高可用性），則應 停用 vProxy 的 VM 監控，以防止 vProxy 無法回應 HA 監控檢查時強制重新啟動。
  • 如果需要執行 vProxy 遷移，請確定沒有執行任何備份或復原。  vProxy 在遷移時應為 閒置 。
