Is the Dell Command | Configure command-line tool CCTK.exe returning one of the following errors when you attempt to run it under a WinPE environment? Follow the instructions in section 2 to resolve this issue.
CoCreateInstance() failed for locator
GetWMISMBIOSTable: NULL pointer to SMBIOS Entry specified.
GetWMISMBIOSVersion: null pointer passed as pSmbios. getSmbiosTable():
GetWMISMBIOSData returned 0 for buffer size. CoCreateInstance() failed for locator

The reason the onscreen errors occur is that there is a required WMI package WinPE-WMI that is required for CCTK.exe to run. It is not included when creating the WinPE media using the Microsoft Assessment and Development Kit (ADK) by default.
You can use the appropriate batch file that is supplied by Dell with the CCTK tool:
_x86)64)winpe_10.bat
"%DISM%" /image="%WINPEPATH%"\mount/Add-Package/PackagePath:"%ADKTOOKS%\WinPE_OCs\winpe-wmi.cab
Or use the following link, which is a detailed guide by Microsoft on how to add this package:
