Symptoms

Errore di backup manuale e pianificato di NetWorker all'avvio. Oracle installato sul sistema operativo Linux

 

Cause

Sull host del client Oracle:

#ps -ef | grep nsrexecd
(take note of the process ID PID for next command)
#cat /proc/PID/limits

L'output mostra:

Max locked memory         65536                65536                bytes

 

Resolution

Sull host del client Oracle:

cd /etc/systemd/system
ls -ltr | grep networker.service
output will be: networker.service -> /opt/nsr/admin/networker.service
vi /opt/nsr/admin/networker.service

Aggiungere la riga seguente a networker.service (non modificare altre voci di riga in networker.service):

LimitMEMLOCK=infinity
Save the networker.service

Quindi eseguire i comandi riportati di seguito:

systemctl daemon-reload
systemctl restart networker

ps -ef | grep nsrexecd
(take note of the process ID PID for next command)
cat /proc/<PID in above command>/limits

Max locked memory         unlimited            unlimited            bytes  => the value changes from 65536 to unlimited

Eseguire il backup del database Oracle o FS da NetWorker NMC.
