Symptoms

SSH 至 VxRail Manager 並取得根存取權限，使用以下命令檢查 Pod 狀態：
kubectl get pods
部分 Pod 可能會在節點擴充期間意外重啟。
Cause
部分微服務在節點擴容時間段內重啟，節點擴容工作流程中斷，無法恢復到原來的步驟，導致擴容任務進度丟失。
