Unable to run request mssqldb:jobmonitor as there was an error opening the required pstore Cause
DPA 에이전트는 에이전트 서비스 계정 권한으로 인해 데이터 수집을 위해 생성한 pstore 파일에 액세스할 수 없습니다.
Resolution
DPA 에이전트는 SQL DB 서버에 액세스할 수 있는 계정으로 실행되도록 설정되었습니다. 이 계정은 이 서버의 로컬 관리자가 아니므로 에이전트 파일에 액세스할 수 없습니다.
이 문제는 에이전트가 이 서버의 로컬 관리자로 실행 중인 계정을 만들어 해결할 수 있습니다.
Windows 서비스로 이동하여 DPA 에이전트 서비스를 마우스 오른쪽 버튼으로 클릭하고 메뉴에서 속성을 선택합니다.
팝업 상자에서 Log On 탭을 클릭합니다. 에이전트가 실행 중인 계정이 표시됩니다.
이 문제를 해결하려면 이 서버에서 로컬 관리자여야 하는 계정입니다.
