Symptoms

 

XMP 配置文件 1 选项适用，然后在引导失败 3 次后恢复默认值。

受影响的平台：

  1. Alienware Area-51 AAT2250

  

Cause

 

BIOS OcFailsafe 标记只能在 Alienware Command Center （AWCC） 中清除。系统无法启动至操作系统以移交标记，因此它保持活动状态。因此，XMP 将设置回已禁用状态，因为系统认为故障保护情况仍然存在。

   

Resolution

 

只有在读取值时，才会在 AWCC 中清除 OCFailSafe 标记 。如果在操作系统阶段之前清除了标记，AWCC 将不知道是否发生了故障保护。如果未安装 AWCC 并且触发了 OC 故障保护，则用户无法启用 OC 功能。因此，应指导用户重新安装 AWCC。
