Symptoms

SQL Server 的 Microsoft （NMM） 備份 NetWorker 模組失敗。出現下列錯誤：

98188: nsrsqlsv: No Active SQL Server found.
98921: nsrsqlsv: Failed to get preferred node for backup of Availability group (xxxxxxxxxxx) with error: [bsGetPreferredNodeOnCurrentNode]: Availability Group (xxxxxxxxxxx) not found on node..
38008: nsrsqlsv: SSL Provider: The certificate chain was issued by an authority that is not trusted.
在 19.11.x 之後的 NMM 用戶端上會出現此問題。從 19.10.x（或更早版本）升級后，或在 19.11.x（或更高版本）上全新安裝 NMM 用戶端期間，它可能會出現。

Cause

NetWorker 19.11.x 導入有關如何執行反向網域名稱系統 （DNS） 處理的程式碼變更。 

Resolution

為修正此問題所採取的步驟：

  1. 在備份伺服器的叢集例項、每個節點、備份伺服器和 Data Domain 的主機檔案上新增主機檔案項目 （IP、完整網域名稱 （FQDN）、短名稱）。
  2. 在叢集例項、每個節點、備份伺服器及 Data Domain 的兩個節點主機檔案上新增主機檔案項目 （IP、FQDN、短名稱）。
  3. 如果安裝的 OLE 資料庫驅動程式版本為版本 18.x o19.x，請設為 1 以啟用旗標 2。例如：
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MSSQLServer\Client\SNI19.0\GeneralFlags\Flag2 (set to 1)
  1. 執行升級。

  3. 執行備份。然後備份成功。
