Symptoms

SourceOne Email Supervisorのバージョンが7.21.1109より前のバージョンです。
Supervisor Review Clientでメッセージを選択すると、プレビューペインにユーザーフレンドリーなテキストではなくHTMLソースコードが表示されます
ネイティブ ビューアーでメッセージを開くと、期待どおりにメッセージが表示されます
たとえば、プレビュー ウィンドウに次のように表示されます。
