SourceOne Email Supervisor 버전이 7.21.1109 버전 수준 미만입니다. 
감독자 검토 클라이언트에서 메시지를 선택하면 미리 보기 창에 사용자에게 친숙한 텍스트 대신 HTML 소스 코드가 표시됩니다.
메시지가 기본 뷰어에서 열리면 메시지가 예상대로 표시됩니다.
