Symptoms

SourceOne Email Supervisor-versie is lager dan versieniveau 7.21.1109. 
Wanneer u een bericht selecteert in de Supervisor Review Client, wordt in het voorbeeldvenster HTML-broncode weergegeven in plaats van gebruiksvriendelijke tekst.
Als het bericht wordt geopend in een native viewer, wordt het bericht weergegeven zoals verwacht.

Cause

Dit probleem wordt veroorzaakt door een softwaredefect.

Resolution

Dit probleem is opgelost in patches of Service Pack-versies van EMC SourceOne Email Supervisor op of hoger dan 7.2.1.1109 (HFB 2).

Hotfixbundels en Service Pack-kits kunnen worden gedownload via https://www.dell.com/support.
* Houd er rekening mee dat hotfixes alleen beschikbaar zijn voor de meest recente patch- of servicepackversies van het product die beschikbaar waren toen dit probleem werd opgelost.
** Houd er rekening mee dat het altijd wordt aanbevolen om een upgrade uit te voeren naar de nieuwste versie van de SourceOne-release, het servicepack en de hotfix-bundel om ervoor te zorgen dat alle opgeloste problemen worden verholpen, ook het probleem dat hierboven staat vermeld.
