Dopo l'applicazione dell hotfix 19.9 MCS 338748, il recupero dei backup richiede molto tempo e talvolta si verifica il timeout.

Progettazione determinata come problema e difetto Avamar AVAMAR-39020 - Dopo aver applicato HF338748, ci vuole tempo per elencare il backup aperto per risolvere questo problema.

Resolution

Contattare il supporto tecnico Dell e installare l'hotfix cumulativo più recente del flusso di lavoro (MCS e virtualizzazione) 338791 per la versione 19.9 che contiene la correzione per questo problema.
