Symptoms

NetWorker 已與外部驗證整合。
AD/LDAP 使用者間歇性觀察到登入失敗。本機 NetWorker 帳戶 （例如預設的系統管理員帳戶） 不會發現任何驗證問題。

NetWorker 驗證 （authc） 伺服器會在authc-server-audit.log中報告下列內容：

Resolution

確認 NetWorker Authentication 伺服器未發現與 AD 伺服器的高延遲或通訊問題：
注意：預設的 AD/LDAP 連接埠為 389。如果整合使用 LDAPS （SSL），則預設連接埠為 636。
