Symptoms
e-management vApp ManagerでLDAPを構成しようとすると、「Configuration Error」というポップアップが表示されます。
Cause
/opt/emc/SMAS/jboss/standalone/log/server.logファイルで報告されているエラーは次のとおりです。
「ユーザー グループのクエリー中にエラーが発生しました」
次の3つのフィールドでは、次のエラーが発生する可能性があります。
- グループ検索パス:
- グループ オブジェクト クラス:
- グループ名属性:
Resolution
AD/LDAP管理者に設定を再確認してください。
