在部署 Storage Center 阵列的过程中，安装程序会收到错误消息，说明 "设置连接错误"。

系统将显示登录提示，但会导致相同错误。

如果关闭并重新打开 DSM 并重新发现阵列，将通过 UDP 发现该阵列，但会提示凭据并提供相同的错误。

使用 UDP 广播来执行初始查找和配置，并且不要求特定 IP 位于同一子网中。  然而，在存储系统上配置管理 IP 后，通信会切换到在其中必须正确配置 IP 的 TCP/IP。  如果收到此错误，则很可能是由于两个可能的情形之一。

为确定原因，请对存储系统的管理 Ip 执行 ping 操作。  如果这些管理 IP 可以 ping 通，请参阅下面的第一个情况。  如果这些管理 IP 不能 ping 通，请参阅第二个情况。
  1. 阵列的管理端口配置了网络上已使用的 IP 地址。  有两个建议的解决方法。
    对. 更改其他设备上的 IP 地址，因此不存在冲突。
    黑白. 有关更改阵列上的 IP 地址的帮助，请联系技术支持。  您的系统需要采用系统随附的串行电缆。
  2. 运行 DSM 的计算机的 IP 地址与阵列的管理 IP 地址不在同一子网上。  该解决方案是将计算机的 IP 地址配置为与存储阵列的 IP 地址位于同一子网中。
