產品概觀：
Dell™ Storage MD1400、MD1420 及 MD3060e Direct Attach Storage （DAS） 機櫃的設計可為 12Gb/秒 SAS 環境提供伺服器儲存裝置擴充功能。
解決方案以 Dell PowerEdge R630 或 R730 伺服器平台為基礎，運用易用性、相容性及擴充能力。
這些 DSMS 系統可與 DSMS 儲存機櫃 DSMS 1400/1420/3060e 配對，以實現儲存擴充性。
- MD1400 是 12 個磁碟機、2U 標準機架式機櫃。它最多可在 16U 中擴充至 96 個大型 （LFF） 硬碟，搭配八個 MD1400 機櫃，運作方式如同 JBOD，“只是一堆磁碟”陣列。
- MD1420 是 24 個小機型 （SFF） 磁碟機，2U 標準機架式機櫃。它可在 16U 中擴充至多達 192 個硬碟，搭配八個 MD1400 機櫃，運作方式如同 JBOD，“只是一堆磁碟”陣列。
- MD3060e 機櫃是用於大容量儲存的高密度伺服器連接儲存機櫃。其為 4U 60 磁碟機機櫃，使用 6GB SAS 2.0 連線，最多可支援 240 個磁碟機。
