OpenStack 在正常操作期间创建和删除数千个小卷。在工作负载高峰时段，可能无法创建和删除卷。

Cause

OpenStack 有一个 cinder.conf 设置过量配置限制的文件。

价值 powerflex_max_over_subscription_ratio=2.5 在高工作负载时段（而不是在非工作时间）到达，因此偶尔会出现此问题。

Resolution

过量配置设置导致卷错误。更改 cinder.conf 从 2.5 到更高的值（例如 3.5）使操作在高峰时段平稳运行。

这 powerflex_max_over_subscription_ratio key 首次在 Cinder 版本 17.4.1.dev13 （Victoria） 中引入。
