Symptoms

Bij het configureren van OpenManage Enterprise voor het gebruik van de CyberArk-integratie, retourneert de testverbinding de volgende foutmelding. Verbindingsfout testen

In de applicatielogboeken wordt de volgende fout met het certificaatpad weergegeven.

Message: I/O error on GET request for "https://pvwa.sumers.local:443/AIMWebservice/api/Accounts": PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target; nested exception is javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target

Cause

Dit probleem treedt op omdat de CA-certificaten van het certificaat dat is geüpload naar OpenManage Enterprise for CyberArk niet in de truststore worden geladen tijdens het maken van de SSLContext voor de HTTPS-verbinding.

Resolution

Dit probleem wordt behandeld in de komende OpenManage Enterprise 4.3-release.
