Symptoms

Im daemon.raw Protokoll wird der folgende Fehler beobachtet:

nsrd NSR severe A core file can indicate a problem in NetWorker software.
nsrd NSR severe If the problem persists, investigate, collect the core file and the daemon.raw log.
nsrd NSR severe New Core File Created xxxx-xx-timestamp D:\nsr\cores\ansrd\ansrd.exe.xxxx.dmp
nsrd NSR severe New Cores = 1, Total Core Files = x
nsrd NSR info Server Critical event: Process ansrd crashed. New core file found on server xxx. 
Check daemon.raw for details.

Cause

Der NetWorker-Code versuchte, auf ein Speichersegment zuzugreifen, das nicht initialisiert war, was zu einem Segmentierungsfehler führte.

Resolution

Nach der Bestätigung durch das Engineering-Team ist der Fehler im Hauptzweig behoben und die Korrektur ist in NetWorker Version 19.11.0.3 und höher verfügbar.

Das Engineering-Team empfiehlt ein Upgrade auf NetWorker Version 19.12 und höher.
