Symptoms

Nel registro daemon.raw viene osservato l'errore seguente:

nsrd NSR severe A core file can indicate a problem in NetWorker software.
nsrd NSR severe If the problem persists, investigate, collect the core file and the daemon.raw log.
nsrd NSR severe New Core File Created xxxx-xx-timestamp D:\nsr\cores\ansrd\ansrd.exe.xxxx.dmp
nsrd NSR severe New Cores = 1, Total Core Files = x
nsrd NSR info Server Critical event: Process ansrd crashed. New core file found on server xxx. 
Check daemon.raw for details.

Cause

Il codice di NetWorker stava tentando di accedere a un segmento di memoria non inizializzato, generando un errore di segmentazione.

Resolution

Confermato dal team di progettazione, il difetto viene risolto nel ramo principale e la correzione è disponibile da NetWorker versione 19.11.0.3 e successive.

Il team di progettazione consiglia di eseguire l'aggiornamento a NetWorker versione 19.12 e successive.
