Symptoms

daemon.raw günlüğünde aşağıdaki hata gözlemleniyor:

nsrd NSR severe A core file can indicate a problem in NetWorker software.
nsrd NSR severe If the problem persists, investigate, collect the core file and the daemon.raw log.
nsrd NSR severe New Core File Created xxxx-xx-timestamp D:\nsr\cores\ansrd\ansrd.exe.xxxx.dmp
nsrd NSR severe New Cores = 1, Total Core Files = x
nsrd NSR info Server Critical event: Process ansrd crashed. New core file found on server xxx.

Cause

NetWorker kodu başlatılmamış bir bellek segmentine erişmeye çalışıyordu ve bu da bir Segmentasyon hatasına neden oldu.

Resolution
