Symptoms
在daemon.raw記錄中，觀察到以下錯誤：
nsrd NSR severe A core file can indicate a problem in NetWorker software.
nsrd NSR severe If the problem persists, investigate, collect the core file and the daemon.raw log.
nsrd NSR severe New Core File Created xxxx-xx-timestamp D:\nsr\cores\ansrd\ansrd.exe.xxxx.dmp
nsrd NSR severe New Cores = 1, Total Core Files = x
nsrd NSR info Server Critical event: Process ansrd crashed. New core file found on server xxx.
Check daemon.raw for details.Cause
NetWorker 程式碼嘗試存取未初始化的記憶體區段，導致分段錯誤。
Resolution
經工程團隊確認，缺陷已在主要分支中解決，並可透過 NetWorker 版本 19.11.0.3 及更新版本進行修正。
工程團隊建議升級至 NetWorker 版本 19.12 及更新版本。
