Symptoms
在daemon.raw日志中，观察到以下错误：
nsrd NSR severe A core file can indicate a problem in NetWorker software.
nsrd NSR severe If the problem persists, investigate, collect the core file and the daemon.raw log.
nsrd NSR severe New Core File Created xxxx-xx-timestamp D:\nsr\cores\ansrd\ansrd.exe.xxxx.dmp
nsrd NSR severe New Cores = 1, Total Core Files = x
nsrd NSR info Server Critical event: Process ansrd crashed. New core file found on server xxx.
Check daemon.raw for details.Cause
NetWorker 代码尝试访问未初始化的内存段，从而导致分段错误。
Resolution
经工程团队确认，缺陷已在主分支中得到解决，并且 NetWorker 版本 19.11.0.3 及更高版本可提供修复。
工程团队建议升级到 NetWorker 版本 19.12 及更高版本。
