Symptoms

測試簡易網路管理通訊協定 （SNMP） 與 Avamar 格線的連線能力時，請使用 snmpwalk 公用程式，失敗情況如下： 

snmpwalk labavamar.company.com -v2c -cpublic .1.3.6.1.4.1.15597 
SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.15597 = No Such Object available on this agent at this OID

Cause

SNMP 子代理程式未在 Avamar 格線上執行。

可以執行下列步驟來驗證：

Resolution

1.從 UI 啟動 SNMP 子代理程式：

    • 管理主控台伺服器 （MCS） Java UI：
      • 登入 Avamar Administrator Console
      • 瀏覽至系統管理員
      • 服務管理標籤
      • 以滑鼠右鍵按一下 snmp 子代理程式，然後選取「啟動 snmp 子代理程式」
    • Avamar Web 使用者介面 （AUI）：
      • 登入 Avamar AUI
      • 瀏覽至伺服器
      • 服務
      • 在「其他服務」底下，找到 SNMP 精靈
      • 點擊 3 點（烤肉串功能表），然後選擇開始
         

2.重試 snmpwalk 命令為貴組織設定主要和次要 IT 連絡人。

例如：

snmpwalk labavamar.company.com -v2c -cpublic .1.3.6.1.4.1.15597

支援 snmpwalk 已在 Avamar 5.0 SP1 中推出，是一種 SNMP 應用程式，使用 SNMP GETNEXT 請求查詢網路實體以獲取資訊樹。
