PowerProtect: deployment di vSphere Installation Bundle non riuscito con codice errore ABV0032

I processi di configurazione hanno esito negativo con messaggi di errore simili ai seguenti durante il deployment o l'aggiornamento di PowerProtect Data Manager vSphere Installation Bundle per Transparent Snapshot Data Mover (TSDM): 

ABV0032: VM Direct Engine is unable to configure protection for the host "ESXi Host" on vCenter "VCenterName"

Nella sezione dei dettagli dell'errore viene visualizzato un messaggio di errore simile al seguente:

Unable to install vSphere Installation Bundle on host "ESXi Host". vCenter task is failed with /usr/sbin/esxupdate returned with exit status: 15

Su vCenter Server, è richiesta la scansione dello storage. In caso contrario, nella finestra di dialogo vengono segnalati messaggi di errore simili ai seguenti esxupdate File di registro sull host Broadcom ESXi:
