Symptoms
SRMアレイが切断され、SRMとPowerFlex Gateway間のpingエラーが表示されます。SRAコマンド「discoverDevices」が失敗しました
Cause
PowerFlex 4.5 +では、外部ゲートウェイVMがPowerFlex Manager内の内部コンテナーに変更されました。このため、ゲートウェイIPが内部コンテナ ネットワークに変更されると、SRMは接続を失いました。
Resolution
PowerFlexを3.6から4.5 +にアップグレードする場合は、次のアクションに従う必要があります。
1 - SRAを少なくともバージョン1.0.1にアップグレードします: https://dl.dell.com/content/manual67010541-dell-powerflex-storage-replication-adapter-sra-plugin-for-vmware-live-site-recovery.pdf?language=en-us
2:SRMでアレイ構成を変更して、PowerFlex Manager FQDN/IPをポイントします。
