Symptoms
SRM 어레이의 연결이 끊어지고 SRM과 PowerFlex Gateway 간에 ping 오류가 표시됩니다. SRA 명령 'discoverDevices' 실패
Cause
PowerFlex 4.5+는 외부 게이트웨이 VM을 PowerFlex Manager 내의 내부 컨테이너로 변경했습니다. 이로 인해 게이트웨이 IP가 내부 컨테이너 네트워크로 변경됨에 따라 SRM의 연결이 끊어졌습니다.
Resolution
PowerFlex를 3.6에서 4.5+로 업그레이드할 때는 다음 작업을 따라야 합니다.
1 - SRA를 버전 1.0.1 이상으로 업그레이드: https://dl.dell.com/content/manual67010541-dell-powerflex-storage-replication-adapter-sra-plugin-for-vmware-live-site-recovery.pdf?language=en-us
2 - SRM에서 어레이 구성이 PowerFlex Manager FQDN/IP를 가리키도록 변경합니다.
이러한 작업 후 SRM이 다시 작동하기 시작해야 합니다.
