Cause

Esse problema se deve à autenticação LDAP lenta, que é externa ao RecoverPoint.

A investigação do servidor LDAP é necessária.

Resolution

Investigue o servidor LDAP e melhore os tempos de resposta de autenticação ou use um usuário local do vCenter para autenticar o RecoverPoint e o plug-in.
