Ця проблема пов'язана з повільною автентифікацією LDAP, яка є зовнішньою для RecoverPoint.

Resolution

Дослідіть сервер LDAP і покращте час відгуку автентифікації або використовуйте локального користувача vCenter для автентифікації RecoverPoint і плагіна.
