PowerScale Z9664 port connections issues with breakout cables

Summary: One or more ports on a breakout show the link as up on the node end but the node is unreachable. The issue is related to a defect which causes a port conflict.

Instructions

Review the following table carefully. The ports with conflicts are listed here. The conflict is only present when both ports listed in the below table are connected. The result is that unicast traffic destined for one port is redirected to the conflicting port.

The work-around is to move one of the cables to a switchport which is not listed in the table below.
