Symptoms

 启动时，节点无法完全启动，并显示以下错误消息： "Could not recover journal. Contact Isilon Customer Support Immediately."

节点无法成功启动。


在节点引导顺序期间，命令行界面中可能会显示以下消息之一。

Cause

在 NVRAM 日志中检测到错误，并且节点无法还原或找到日志备份。日志会在文件系统作提交到磁盘之前对其进行跟踪。在节点正常关闭或重新启动期间，NVRAM 内容将备份到磁盘。
 

在节点重新启动期间，OneFS 会验证 NVRAM 日志。如果 NVRAM 日志不包含有效数据，则节点会尝试从启动磁盘恢复日志备份。如果备份也无效，节点将停止引导并显示错误消息。

Resolution

解决方案过程因 OneFS 保护级别和群集中的脱机设备数量而异。有关保护级别的详细信息，请参阅 OneFS 管理指南的“数据保护概述”部分。

  • 如果群集中的离线设备数低于节点保护级别，则必须从群集中对日志不一致的节点执行 Smartfail作。开始对节点执行 SmartFail作，并联系戴尔技术支持以获取更多帮助和信息收集。

    注意：请勿重新格式化节点。重新格式化节点会减少戴尔技术支持可用于诊断的信息量。

  • 如果群集中的离线设备数量高于节点保护级别，则数据可能不可用或丢失。立即联系戴尔技术支持。
