Symptoms

客戶正在陣列上設定 LDAP,並發生 LDAP 伺服器連線失敗的問題。

無法連線至 LDAP 伺服器。請重新檢查「配置 LDAP 伺服器認證」頁面會報告「目錄服務」下的 LDAP 組態。

LDAP Domain = jstone.mystore.com
Distinguished Name=CN=unity-service, CN=Users, DC=jstone, DC=mystore, DC=com
Password=matched to domain account password set for unity-service in Active Directory
Port=389

按一下套用>,然後驗證<登入資料。>> 出現連線失敗訊息。

 

Cause

未設定 NTP。

 

Resolution

設定 NTP 後,LDAP 認證可成功運作。
