Symptoms

The Network Data Management Protocol (NDMP) box was checked unintentionally for a client instance.

NMMedi recovery fails with the following errors:

Cause

The NDMP box was checked for one of the client instances in NetWorker Management Console (NMC).

Resolution

Clear the NDMP box for the client instance and try the recovery again.
