Symptoms

NetWorker VMware 保护集成配置了 vProxy Appliance。NetWorker Management Console （NMC） 用于配置到现有虚拟机 （VM） 的“ 恢复虚拟机” 恢复。恢复失败，表明未找到数据存储区文件夹。恢复会话日志显示：

Cause

虚拟机具有存储在其他数据存储上的虚拟机磁盘 （VMDK），并且该文件夹不存在。恢复虚拟机工作流会搜索虚拟机文件夹以恢复现有 VMDK 文件，但在这种情况下，其中一个文件夹不存在。虚拟机恢复工作流将按预期退出，以查找文件夹和 VMDK 以在现有 VMDK 上执行 VMDK 恢复功能。这是为“恢复虚拟机”恢复而设计的。

Resolution

“Virtual Disk Recovery”方法可用于将一个或多个 VMDK 恢复到现有虚拟机。还可以将恢复方法配置为将文件恢复到位于默认虚拟机文件夹之外的其他数据存储区文件夹。
 

Additional Information

解决方法：
在执行“恢复虚拟机”恢复之前，在目标数据存储上手动创建缺失的文件夹。
