Symptoms

NMM Exchange 备份或命令 “nsrnmmsv -P” 失败，并显示错误：

Exchange2010 Shell interface is not initialised.

示例：

Cause

错误消息“Exchange2010 Shell 接口”未初始化，基本上是由于：

  • NetWorker 库无法初始化 Exchange Powershell（请参阅 KB 493540 — Exchange 2010 DAG 由于 powershell 问题而失败）。
  • 调用 lib 的用户没有运行 shell 的正确权限。
  • 极少数情况下，Exchange Powershell 在无法执行的 IIS 配置下损坏。

 

Resolution

检查注册表项是否存在，在此情况下，将该条目与其中一个正常工作的 Exchange 节点进行比较：

reg query HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\legato\networker\vssclient

如果不存在，请继续执行以下步骤：

  1. 在以下位置下创建以下注册表项：HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\legato\networker\vssclient

    *** N.B. Put the appropriate username and domain name.
Exchange Username        REG_SZ                admin
Exchange Domain          REG_SZ                fall.localdomain
Exchange Password        REG_BINARY

    <示例>
    Username= 仅用户名 ex： backup.manager
    Domain= ex：BWK.com

    提醒：Exchange 域是 Exchange 服务器的域级别，而不是用户帐户级别。如果域帐户处于不同的级别（即 child.fall.localdomain），请编辑域以匹配用户域，或在与 Exchange Server 完全相同的域级别中创建新用户。

  2. 然后运行 NMM Exchange 管理员配置工具，然后选择 Update admin password。如果成功，它应该更新 Exchange 密码注册表项。

  3. 然后运行以下命令以测试 Exchange 节点连接：

    nsrnmmsv -P
