Symptoms

事件

收到以下事件通知（事件 ID 200020009）。当群集的内部以太网网络交换机检测到其中一个电源断电时，将生成此事件。 
Power supply failure detected in switch xxxx on int-xxx fabric

Cause

详细信息

当存在以下情况之一时，将发出此事件通知：
  • 内部网络交换机中未供电的电源之一。
  • 从电源插座到电源提供的电力不足。

Resolution

响应

在开始对问题进行故障处理之前，请确认事件与群集上的维护无关。确认没有正在进行的维护后，继续进行以下故障处理。

  1. 通过将电源线插入其他电源插座，确定电源插座是否正常工作。
  2. 如果使用其他电源插座仍无法解决问题，请尝试更换电源线。
  3. 如果交换机的电源未恢复，请联系 Isilon 技术支持部门寻求帮助。

故障处理步骤：

  1. 检查交换机详细信息以使用以下命令与其连接：
# isi_dump_fabric int-a
# isi_dump_fabric int-b
# python -c "import isi.net.backendmon.util as u; print (u.intuit_switch_addr(\"int-a\")); print (u.intuit_switch_addr(\"int-b\"))"
  1. 连接到交换机并检查电源装置 （PSU） 状态（如果需要帮助连接到交换机，请创建支持案例）
