Symptoms

事件

收到下列事件通知 （事件 ID 200020009）。當叢集的內部乙太網路交換器偵測到其中一個電源供應器斷電時，便會產生此事件。 
Power supply failure detected in switch xxxx on int-xxx fabric

Cause

詳細資料

當存在下列其中一項條件時，將發出此事件通知：
  • 內部網路交換器中的其中一個電源供應器未提供電源。
  • 從電源插座到電源供應器的電力不足。

Resolution

反應

開始故障診斷問題之前，請先確認事件與叢集上的維護無關。確認沒有任何維護進行中後，請繼續執行下列故障診斷。
  1. 將電源線插入其他電源插座，確定電源插座是否正常運作。
  2. 如果使用其他插座無法解決問題，請嘗試更換電源線。
  3. 如果交換器的電源未恢復，請聯絡 Isilon 技術支援以取得協助。
疑難排解步驟：
  1. 請檢查交換器詳細資料，以使用命令連線至交換器：
