Symptoms

升級到 ESXi 6.0 build-10474991 後，以下錯誤開始出現。（HBA 驅動程式 2.1.50.0-1vmw.600.3.57.5050593 及更新版本）

當
主機執行 VMware ESXi 6.0.0 組建 6921384 （或更舊版本） 時，Unity LUN 未發生錯誤。

Cause

原因 （來自 VMware 驅動程式團隊）：
與 ESXi 6.0 P06 相比，ESXi 6.0 EP15 有所變更：如果回報 H：0xc 錯誤，我們將在驅動程式層重試命令，而非 HBA 層。
這樣做可避免配接卡佇列已滿的情況。

Resolution

根據 VMware HCL 安裝 HBA 驅動程式 2.1.81.0 （或更新版本） 和韌體 8.08 （或更新版本）

還有其他環境具有 VNX 和 V-max 儲存裝置，且上述任何組建均未出現錯誤。
