Connectrix MDS 9000 Series: Unable to complete NX-OS code upgrade - Return code 0x418E001A
Summary: Upgrade of MDS 9000 Series switches failing due to configure session. Abort configure session to allow upgrade to complete.

Symptoms
Install all command fails:
Pre-upgrade check failed. Return code 0x418E001A (Session-Manager active sessions present, commit/save,abort them and retry. 'show configuration session' will show open configuration sessions).

Resolution
Create new configure session with the name of active session noted in show configuration session summary output abort the session restart the switch upgrade using install all command.
