PowerFlex : L’installation des packages LIA à partir de la passerelle pendant la mise à niveau échoue avec l’erreur « Échec de la commande : Le package lia-3.6-700.103 pour le système d’exploitation rhel7 n’est pas signé"

Lors de l’exécution d’une mise à niveau du cluster PowerFlex vers la version 3.6-700.103 à partir de la passerelle, l’installation du package LIA peut échouer avec l’erreur suivante dans l’interface utilisateur de la passerelle.

Sur Red Hat ou CentOS


Sur Gateway
/opt/emc/scaleio/gateway/logs/operations.log

Le caractère nouvelle ligne est manquant dans le fichier /opt/emc/scaleio/gateway/conf/RPM-GPG-KEY-ScaleIO

Solution

Connectez-vous à la passerelle qui a été mise à niveau vers la version cible.
Ouvrez le fichier situé à l’emplacement /opt/emc/scaleio/gateway/conf/RPM-GPG-KEY-ScaleIO à l’aide de l’éditeur vi.
Ajoutez un caractère de nouvelle ligne au fichier.
Enregistrez le fichier (à l’aide de la commande 'Esc' et wq !) Sans apporter de modifications
: vérifiez que l’exécution de rpm --import /opt/emc/scaleio/gateway/conf/RPM-GPG-KEY-ScaleIO ne renvoie aucune erreur.
Relancez le processus de mise à niveau.

Réparer
Le problème est résolu dans PowerFlex v3.6.1, v3.5.1.9 et v4.0.1.
