Symptoms

를 사용하여 맞춤형 배너를 설정하는 절차를 따르는 사용자 svc_banner Dell Unity 제품군 서비스 명령 기술 노트(6페이지 및 7페이지)에 설명된 대로 명령을 실행하면 권한 오류가 발생합니다.

설명서에 따라 사용자는 사용자 지정 템플릿 텍스트 파일을 /home/service directory 그렇게하려고 할 때 권한 거부 오류가 발생합니다.

Cause

이는 설계된 그대로입니다. 
이 /home/service 디렉토리는 루트를 삽입한 사용자만 액세스할 수 있습니다.

Resolution

사용자는 대신 /home/service/user 서비스 사용자가 액세스할 수 있고 루트가 필요하지 않은 디렉토리입니다.
  1. 텍스트 파일 생성 /home/service/user 지역화된 콘텐츠가 포함된 디렉토리:
    • 영어의 경우:en_US.txt
    • 벨라루스어: be_BY.txt
    • 중국어의 경우:zh_CN.txt
  2. 이러한 파일을 적용하려면 서비스 사용자로 다음 명령을 실행합니다.
svc_banner --put en_US.txt be_BY.txt zh_CN.txt
Unisphere에 로그인한 경우 로그아웃한 다음 다시 로그인합니다. 새 배너가 표시되어야 합니다.
